Our client is an organization dedicated to driving positive social change through impactful learning programs and activities across all Jordanian governorates. The organization partners with learning centers, community-based organizations (CBOs), and major stakeholders like MODEE, VTC - MOL, UNICEF, and DPA to deliver youth training in the digital and technology fields.
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the success and impact of our projects. In this role, you will manage training coordination and project operations across the Amman office and all governorates. You will bridge field logistics, financial management, and stakeholder relations to align project execution with overarching goals. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong background in training coordination looking to drive positive social change.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Implementation
Training Execution: Manage the implementation of training programs, learning centers, and activities across all governorates of Jordan.
Logistics & Support: Manage field logistics, support the delivery of learning program materials, and distribute pre-and post-assessments to beneficiaries.
Event Coordination: Organize and conduct workshops, learning programs, events, awareness sessions, and meetings.
Project Delivery: Plan, execute, deliver, and monitor projects within the scheduled timeline in collaboration with donors and partners.
Financial & Operational Compliance
Financial Management: Manage financial matters related to learning centers, field operations, and in-field expenses like transportation and allowances.
Reporting: Track, collect, submit, and report on activities, and prepare periodic progress and monthly reports.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, reporting standards, and partnership agreements.
Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments for financial needs and request UNICEF FACE forms for liquidation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships and coordinate with community-based organizations, MODEE, VTC - MOL, UNICEF, and DPA.
Team Supervision: Supervise field coordinators, facilitators, trainers, and staff.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to youth and the team on all technology-related issues, and follow up on LMS activity.
Problem Solving: Help line managers and trainers in solving learning program problems.
Skills & Experience
Professional Background
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in coordinating activities, events, and project operations.
Technical Competencies
Tooling: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tracking tools.
Personal Attributes
Problem Solver: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative Spirit: Capable of communicating with internal staff, Youth Centers staff, service providers, consultants, youth, and the local community.
