The Role
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on expanding the company’s global client base. You will be responsible for hunting new business and pitching tailored outsourcing solutions to international companies, enabling them to scale efficiently and focus on their core competencies.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Spearhead aggressive outbound sales strategies targeting key industries within the US and GCC markets.
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the B2B sales pipeline from lead generation and cold outreach to high-level negotiation and deal closure.
Client Consultation: Partner with C-level executives to understand their operational bottlenecks and position custom offshoring solutions.
Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed international sales targets, contributing directly to the company's aggressive scaling goals.
What We Look For
Proven B2B Sales: Strong track record in Business Development, ideally within the BPO, IT services, or offshoring sectors.
International Track Record: Demonstrated success in selling directly to US or GCC-based corporate clients.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills (flawless, native-level English is mandatory for US market outreach).
Hunter Mentality: A resilient self-starter who thrives on acquiring new business and building long-term corporate partnerships.
