Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Property Advisory Manager to bridge the gap between sales execution and strategic asset management. In this pivotal role, you will lead the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets while serving as a key strategic advisor on our diverse portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that every asset—whether Residential, Retail, Mixed-Use, or Industrial—is positioned, priced, and optimized to deliver maximum value in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Market Expansion
Drive Revenue: Lead and mentor the sales team to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance milestones.
Pipeline Growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to target new demographics and geographic markets, ensuring a robust lead-to-conversion funnel.
Capability Building: Enhance team performance through continuous coaching in high-level negotiation, customer needs analysis, and technical real estate knowledge.
Strategic Real Estate Advisory
Investment Decision Support: Provide senior management with data-driven recommendations to guide investment, development, and acquisition decisions.
Asset Optimization: Conduct regular performance assessments of the portfolio to propose value-enhancement strategies and repositioning plans.
Commercial Strategy: Advise on sophisticated pricing, leasing, and sales strategies that align with current market cycles and project life cycles.
Internal Synergy: Work as a strategic partner to the Development, Leasing, and Finance teams to ensure integrated and commercially sound decision-making.
Insights & Reporting
Market Intelligence: Monitor local and regional real estate trends, providing proactive insights that keep the business ahead of market shifts.
Executive Reporting: Prepare high-quality analytical reports and presentations for senior management and investors regarding sales performance and asset health.
Skills & Experience
Professional Experience: Significant experience in real estate sales leadership, property advisory, or asset management.
Asset Expertise: Proven track record working across multiple asset classes (Residential, Retail, Industrial, and Mixed-Use).
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand assessments to define revenue models.
Leadership: Exceptional skills in managing, coaching, and developing sales professionals.
Analytical Prowess: Highly proficient in data-driven decision-making; comfortable with financial modeling and real estate metrics (Yield, IRR, NPV).
Communication: Masterful presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex market insights to non-financial stakeholders.
