Overview
We are looking for a visionary Lifestyle Manager to curate and deliver the "soul" of our developments. This is a high-impact role responsible for the end-to-end launch of our flagship private club and the implementation of a comprehensive lifestyle framework across our entire portfolio. You will transform physical spaces—malls, residential communities, and mixed-use hubs—into vibrant, high-value destinations by designing world-class experiences, premium amenities, and deep community engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Flagship Club Launch & Strategy
Club Leadership: Lead the launch of our exclusive private club, overseeing the process from initial feasibility and design to final execution and grand opening.
Framework Development: Define the core lifestyle DNA and service standards to be implemented at the club and replicated across related projects.
Brand Integrity: Ensure all lifestyle initiatives align perfectly with each project’s unique brand identity and the expectations of our target market.
Community & Experience Management
Strategic Roadmap: Develop and manage the overarching lifestyle and customer experience strategy across communities, malls, clubs, and mixed-use developments.
Programming: Design and oversee a curated calendar of activities, events, and amenities that enhance community engagement and elevate the quality of life for residents and visitors.
Value Positioning: Support asset value enhancement by positioning our developments as "lifestyle destinations," driving both tenant retention and premium pricing.
Operational Excellence & Partnerships
Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, F&B, and service providers to ensure a seamless, "white-glove" customer journey.
Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors, activity operators, and third-party service providers to ensure world-class delivery.
Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance of lifestyle programs and amenities, proposing enhancements based on resident feedback and global trends.
Skills & Experience
Industry Background: Extensive experience in high-end hospitality, luxury real estate lifestyle management, or private club operations.
Project Launch Expertise: Proven track record in overseeing the launch of luxury amenities or leisure destinations, from concept to commercial operation.
Customer Centricity: A deep understanding of the luxury consumer and the ability to design experiences that cater to high-net-worth expectations.
Management Skills: Strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and multi-departmental coordination.
Creative Strategy: Experience in building community-focused frameworks and long-term engagement programs.
