Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Property Advisory Specialist to support the commercial growth of our diverse real estate portfolio. In this role, you will be on the front lines of market execution—converting leads into sales while providing data-backed insights to help optimize our assets. You will serve as a knowledgeable consultant for our clients and a key contributor to our internal development strategies across Residential, Retail, Mixed-Use, and Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Growth
Target Achievement: Actively work to meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s collective monthly and annual milestones.
Lead Conversion: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and lead qualification to final negotiation and closing.
Market Expansion: Assist in identifying and targeting new client segments and geographic markets in collaboration with the marketing team.
Client Advisory: Conduct detailed needs analyses for potential buyers and tenants, providing expert guidance on property selection and investment potential.
Strategic Support & Asset Optimization
Feasibility Input: Support the management team by providing on-the-ground market data to assist in investment and development decision-making.
Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of assigned assets and suggest practical strategies for value enhancement or repositioning.
Pricing Research: Conduct regular benchmarking exercises to ensure our pricing, leasing, and sales strategies remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Development, Finance, and Leasing departments to ensure a unified approach to asset disposal and management.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on local and regional real estate trends, reporting proactive insights to senior leadership.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare periodic analytical reports on sales performance, market risks, and growth opportunities.
Skills & Experience
Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or brokerage, preferably across multiple asset classes.
Sector Knowledge: Solid understanding of the local real estate market, including legal and financial aspects of property transactions.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data and translate it into clear, persuasive advice for clients and internal stakeholders.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; a natural at building rapport and handling complex negotiations.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and CRM software; ability to create professional presentations.
