AI Automation Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities
Manage opportunities, forecasts, quota attainment, and short/mid-term/long-term opportunity management
Act as a primary point-of-contact for customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Prepare and present proposals, presentations and RFP responses
Independently establish and grow new or existing client base
Work with internal teams and vendors to provide accurate designs and pricing and maintain customer satisfaction
Develop technical background by attending seminars, trainings and workshops and maintain required certifications
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
AI and automation certifications a plus
Experience with LLMs a plus
Experience in interacting with clients on all levels
Must-have qualifications
Related education/background (e.g. computer programming, data science, etc)
Native Arabic and strong English speaker
Previous B2B sales experience
